Welcome to Little Keepsly. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Little Keepsly.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Our Products
Little Keepsly creates personalized children's books made individually for each customer.
Depending on the product, personalization may include:
- the child's name;
- a selected character;
- a dedication;
- personal wishes or messages;
- the name of the gift giver;
- photographs or other customer-provided content where this option is available.
Available personalization options, formats, sizes, covers, prices and other product characteristics are displayed on the relevant product page.
Because our books are individually produced, minor variations in color, print appearance, positioning or other production characteristics may occur between the digital images displayed on a screen and the finished printed product.
3. Personalization Information
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.
Please carefully check names, spelling, messages, dedications and other personalized content.
We produce your book based on the information submitted with your order.
If the finished product accurately reflects the personalization information submitted by you, an error in the information originally provided by you is not considered an error by Little Keepsly.
If we make an error when transferring or producing the personalization you correctly submitted, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your applicable statutory rights.
4. Customer-Provided Photos and Content
Certain Little Keepsly products may allow you to upload a photograph or other content for use in your personalized book.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- you have the right and authority to provide and use that content for the requested personalization;
- where the content depicts a child or another person, you have the necessary authority or permission to provide the image for this purpose;
- the content does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights; and
- the content is not unlawful, abusive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
Customer-provided photographs are used for the purpose of creating and fulfilling the personalized order.
Where image enhancement or technical processing is necessary or requested, photographs may be processed using third-party technical service providers, including AI-assisted image-processing services.

5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:
- payment cannot be processed;
- a product is unavailable;
- the order contains clearly unlawful or prohibited content;
- there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
- fulfillment is not reasonably possible; or
- fraud or unauthorized payment is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, amounts paid for the cancelled product will be refunded as required by applicable law.
6. Changes to Personalization and Order Cancellations
Because our books are personalized and made specifically for each customer, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, character selections, dedications, messages, uploaded content, and other personalization details before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your personalization details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clearly describe the change you would like to make.
If your book has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update your personalization details at no additional charge.
Once your book has entered production, we can no longer guarantee or make changes to the personalization, as the personalized product is already being manufactured.
Orders for personalized products cannot normally be cancelled once placed. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If the finished book correctly reflects the personalization information submitted with your order, an error in the information originally provided by you is not considered an error by Little Keepsly.
If the error was made by Little Keepsly, or the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to the order, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further information.
7. Prices and Taxes
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency applicable to the relevant market or storefront.
Applicable taxes will be included in or added to the price as required by law and according to the customer's destination.
Any applicable shipping charges and the final order total will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Production and Delivery
Little Keepsly works with a network of professional production and fulfillment partners.
Personalization and production generally take 3–6 business days before shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Current delivery destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking information and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Mandatory statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.
10. Personalized Products and Right of Withdrawal
Little Keepsly products are made according to the customer's individual selections and are clearly personalized.
Where applicable law provides an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, that right of withdrawal does not apply to such personalized products.
For consumers in Germany and the European Union, this includes personalized goods falling within the applicable statutory exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, does not conform to the contract, or if Little Keepsly has made an error in fulfilling your order.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or does not correspond to the personalization information correctly submitted with your order because of an error on our part, please contact us.
We may request:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs reasonably necessary to identify the problem.
Where appropriate, we will provide a remedy in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to consumers.
12. Product Images and Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.
However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and devices, and minor variations may occur during printing and production.
Such minor differences that do not materially affect the agreed characteristics or quality of the product do not necessarily constitute a defect.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Little Keepsly website and its original content, including book illustrations, stories, text, graphics, designs, branding, logos, product images and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Little Keepsly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Little Keepsly book gives you ownership of the physical copy purchased. It does not transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying illustrations, stories, designs or other content.
You may use purchased products for normal private and personal purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, republish, sell, resell, commercially exploit or create unauthorized commercial reproductions of Little Keepsly content or materials, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
14. Customer Content Licence
You retain any rights you have in photographs, messages or other original content that you provide to us.
You grant Little Keepsly a limited right to use, reproduce, adapt and technically process that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to create, produce, fulfill and support your personalized order.
Providing customer content does not transfer ownership of that content to Little Keepsly.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or personalization services to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe the rights of another person;
- upload content you are not authorized to use;
- transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
- reproduce or commercially exploit protected Little Keepsly materials without authorization; or
- use our services for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
We may refuse personalization content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
16. Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted and supported by third-party technology and service providers.
We may also use third-party services for payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer reviews, communications and other functions necessary to operate our business.
Use of personal information by Little Keepsly and our service providers is described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may update, maintain, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Keepsly is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Your privacy is important to us.
Information about how we collect, use, store and share personal information, including personalization information and customer-uploaded photographs, is available in our Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technologies or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its last updated date.
21. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and contracts with Little Keepsly are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence where such protections cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
