Because each book is made especially for you, personalized items cannot normally be returned or exchanged. If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we made a mistake with your personalization, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I preview the book before it is printed?

We carefully create and check each personalized book using the information provided with your order. At the moment, a digital proof is not automatically sent before printing. Please double-check all names and personalization details before placing your order.
